We’re seeking a highly qualified RN to lead our Inpatient Department.
 

This is a Nurse Supervisor role in a new, modern facility, offering:

  • Direct collaboration with our CNO
  • Autonomy to improve patient care & flow
  • A supportive, no-red-tape team environment
  • "Slower paced" 15 bed Community Hospital
  • New Med Lab, Radiology Dept and Pharmacy

In this leadership role, you'll partner directly with the Chief Nursing Officer to guide a dedicated team, improve patient outcomes, and shape the future of emergency care in our community.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of hospital floor nursing experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
  • Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
