We're opening a brand-new community hospital in Eloy, AZ this September and need our Pharmacist to start August 1st to help launch our pharmacy operations. This isn't your typical hospital role - you'll be part of building our entire pharmacy program from day one.

What You'll Do:
  • Pre-Opening (August): Help design and implement pharmacy operations for our new 20-bed facility
  • Grand Opening (September): Provide comprehensive medication management across ER and inpatient services
  • Support drug procurement, inventory, and compliance systems setup
  • Work directly with our pharmacy leadership, CNO and medical team
  • Contribute to medication safety standards and quality processes
  • Be part of something new. Make your mark.

What We Need:
  • PharmD with current Arizona license
  • Ready to start August 1st
  • New graduates encouraged - fresh perspective valued
  • Retail pharmacists ready for change - hospital experience not required
  • BLS/ACLS (or will obtain)
  • Drive to build something meaningful in healthcare
