We are seeking a dedicated full-time Night Shift Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our founding team.

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly Rates (DOE) + Shift Differentials $$$

• Weekday Nights: + $7.00/hr
• Weekend Nights: + $9.00/hr

Your Role as an ER Nurse

• Triage and prioritize patient needs with speed, safety, and compassion

• Perform thorough assessments and provide vigilant monitoring

• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care

• Administer medications and interpret diagnostics to guide treatment

• Educate and support patients and families through every step of care

• Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR

• Respond decisively to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

• 2–5 years of Emergency Department or critical care experience

• Current Arizona RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC preferred)

• Exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Proficiency with EMRs and adaptability to new systems

• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
