We're seeking a detail-oriented Collections and Accounts Representative to play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your expertise will help ensure we can continue providing top-notch healthcare services to our community.

Required Experience:

1-3 years in healthcare AR and collections
Solid understanding of medical billing and insurance processes

Education:

Associate degree OR
High School diploma with medical billing certification

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve patient collection and AR issues
Address billing discrepancies with insurance companies
Manage timely follow-ups on AR accounts
Handle third-party billing and payment agreements
Document accounts accurately
Process claims and follow up on aged accounts
Meet collection goals and productivity standards

Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency in ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT coding
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
