Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 3 to 5 years of ER experience.
- Current nursing license and certifications – BLS, ACLS & PALS.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support the nursing team.
- Coordinate patient transfers and manage unit resources.
- Assess and prioritize patient care needs.
- Oversee patient flow and staffing assignments for efficient operations.
- Resolve real-time clinical challenges in ER and inpatient units.
Schedule:
- Night shifts with 12-hour rotations, including holidays.
