growing company based in Dallas, TX but located in several states. We are currently in the process
of hiring several Independent Dispute Resolution Specialist to perform collection activities on NSA
Negotiations. To succeed in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of medical insurance
policies. The ideal candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal
communication skills, as they will be communicating with various insurance companies. This
position requires an individual that can multi-task, problem solve, and manage time effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 1 YEAR OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COLLECTION EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED).
- Medical Insurance Collection: 1 year (Required)
- Insurance Negotiation: 2 years (Required)
- Medical Follow up: 1 year (Required)
- Excellent organization, time management, self-starting, analytical, and detailed
- Insurance Negotiation experience; knowledge of insurance plans providers- BCBS, UHC, Aetna/Cigna or self-funded/commercial providers required
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records, Collections, and Hospital Billing Experience (Required)
- Knowledge of EOB'S, HIPPA, ICD-10 codes, and CPT codes. Essential Job functions and responsibilities
- Investigates, and responds to inquiries from payors
- Research error & makes necessary corrections for clean claim production and submission
- Actively follow-up and negotiate on all assigned payers, and facilities
- Follow up on posting errors
- Review Insurance EOB and initiate appeals, negotiations, Center of Medicare Service Complaints as necessary
- Resolves insurance requests, inquiries, concerns, in an expedient and respectful manner
Schedule
- Hybrid position, partly remote and partly in office
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
