Lead Nursing Across Our Community Hospital
As our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll have broad ownership of nursing operations across both our Emergency Room and Inpatient units. In a 20-bed community hospital, you're not siloed; you're connected to the full patient journey. What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license with hands-on ER background (required)
- ADN from an accredited program; BSN strongly preferred
- Joint Commission preparation experience
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
