Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current AZ or compact RN license.
- A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse Experience
- ER/ Critical Care experience preferred
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Pediatric patient experience preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver top-notch emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate closely with ED physicians and mid-level providers (PA, NP).
- Apply critical thinking and the nursing process to assess and treat patients.
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions and evaluate patient responses.
- Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and accurate approach to patient care.
- Remain calm under pressure and thrive in a team environment.
Schedule:
- Day shifts with 12-hour rotations, including weekends and holidays.
