As our Emergency Room Nurse Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of ER professionals while working closely with a great CNO. No more waiting for approvals from endless management layers – you'll have the autonomy to implement your ideas and see their impact in real time.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our ER, ensuring exceptional patient care and managing inventory, staffing, and more. With your expertise and our supportive environment, you'll have the chance to shape processes, optimize workflows, and continuously improve our ER's performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of Emergency Room experience
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
  • Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Supervisory experience is a big plus!
