What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in appropriate sciences
✔ MLT/ MLS license (required)
✔ ASCP certification (preferred)
✔ Experience in moderate complexity lab testing within a healthcare setting
✔ Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
✔ Proficiency in med math calculations, height/weight assessments, and troubleshooting
✔ Solid computer and charting skills
